FOR YOGA TEACHERS AND DEDICATED STUDENTS
These workshops are designed to cut through confusion and return to clarity - offering a grounded, traditional understanding of sushumna nadi, kundalini, chakras, and one of the most fundamental tantric practices related to these teachings.

One of the most important meditative practices of Tantric Yoga - a technique that has shaped the tradition for centuries, yet is rarely taught in modern trainings.
Learn how to practice it safely and effectively, and how to share it with your students.

Two of the most popular and talked-about topics in modern yoga - and also among the most misunderstood.
This workshop brings clarity, depth, and authenticity to the teachings on kuṇḍalinī and the chakra teachings found in the yogic tradition.
These two workshops are designed to complement each other and are strongly recommended as a pair, as they illuminate different dimensions of the same tantric framework.
At the same time, each workshop is complete and valuable on its own, and can be taken independently depending on your interests and background.
These workshops are suitable for both teachers and sincere practitioners seeking depth and clarity.
They are especially valuable for:

"Ability to love isn't something natural. Rather it requires discipline, concentration, patience, faith and overcoming of narcissism. It isn't a a feeling, it is a practice".
Erich Fromm, The Art of Loving.
In my opinion, it should be taught at schools, but unfortunately, we don't get this essential education. Therefore, I invite you to join The 21-Day Mastering Love Challenge and bridge this knowledge gap together!

We will develop and cultivate the liberation of the mind through love, make it our vehicle, make it our basis, stabilize it, exercise ourselves in it, and fully perfect it.

Alex's journey with meditation and Eastern philosophy began in his teenage years, and he has been immersed in the study and practice of yoga since 1998. Rather than focusing solely on the physical aspects, he delves into the deeper essence of yoga. After apprenticing with a yoga master for five years and receiving spiritual initiation, Alex began teaching in 2004.
Since then, his dedication to learning from leading experts and sharing the profound wisdom of yoga has only grown. Besides intellectual study, Alex's teachings are rooted in years of daily meditation, periods of solitude, and intensive yogic practices.
He trained over sixty 200HR and 300HR Yoga Teacher Trainings and conducted numerous advanced yoga courses and workshops, both online and in person.
