Starts Nov 16
Awareness is the quiet, open ground in which every thought, feeling, and sensation appears, and through which they are known. It is what we essentially are, though we often lose sight of it in the flow of experience. To recognize it is to come home to yourself, prior to struggle, prior to lack.
When we rest in this ever-present ground, life feels lighter, more spacious, and less entangled in circumstances. Instead of being pushed around by thoughts and emotions, we rediscover a natural stability, clarity, and peace that were here all along.
A natural calm and ease in daily life
More aliveness and presence in each moment
Freedom from compulsive thinking and worry
Less emotional reactivity, more peace in relationships
Deeper joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances
Renewed curiosity and interest in living
Step-by-step guidance to become more open, present and alive in daily life. All session are recorded and shared with participants.
Each session includes clear explanations of simple practices and assignments you can explore between live meetings or at your own pace.
Whether you join live or follow the recordings, your questions can be answered during sessions, in our private group, or via email.
